Without looking at your art (in order to give general advice, instead of the much harder criticizing) I can say 3 possible reasons:
1. Your scouter lost his/her scout, making his/her branch of scouts fall down as well - solved by not taking unreliable scouts but rather waiting for someone more reliable to scout you (which may never happen, depending on your how good your art is).
2. A mod found your art not to be worthy of scouting, meaning your art is total crap and so not worthy of being in the portal (before you try to kill me, refer to the first sentence). Solved by taking more time on your art and/or being more original, if someone scouted you then you must have at least a pinch of skill.
3. Your art broke the rules and you got reported, which means you lose your scout and you may get banned from the AP. Solved by not being a retarded monkey.

well my art isn't that bad....plus i don't see any picture that broke the rule. And i'm pretty sure i'm not a retarded monkey....so it's either my scouter or...p-bot is out to get me!
